Jelly Roll<\/strong>\u00a0is already celebrating a win ahead of tonight\u2019s\u00a02025 iHeartRadio Music Awards<\/em>! The genre-bending superstar has been named Country Artist of the Year.<\/p>\n

Jelly Roll Crowned Country Artist Of The Year at 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards<\/h2>\n

Unfortunately, the 40-year-old \u201cLiar\u201d singer is currently on his\u00a0Beautifully Broken: Great Northern Tour 2025\u00a0in Canada and unable to attend the iHeartRadio Awards. However, he made sure to send in a video acceptance speech.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s up y\u2019all? Man, I really wish I was there, I am absolutely honored. I was thinking about last year\u2019s iHeartRadio Music Awards, and I won Best New Country Artist. To come back this year and to win Country Artist of The Year is just unbelievable in every way it can be,\u201d Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, shared in a video message on iHeartRadio\u2019s social media accounts.<\/p>\n

He went on to graciously thank fans and radio stations across the globe for listening and playing his music. \u201cThank y\u2019all for calling and still requesting the songs, thank you for playing \u2019em, thank you for all the support and all the love,\u201d he continued. \u201cWish I could be there, but I\u2019m on tour baby, I\u2019m spreading the music and bringing it to the people just like iHeart does. Love y\u2019all man!\u201d<\/p>\n

Kane Brown, Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs and Morgan Wallen were also nominated in the Country Artist Of The Year category. Jelly Roll is also nominated for Country Song of The Year (\u201cI Am Not Okay\u201c), Artist Of The Year and Rock Song of The Year (\u201cAll My Life\u201d w\/ Falling In Reverse).<\/p>\n
