Sophie lost her battle with Wilms Tumor, a rare and aggressive form of kidney cancer, seven years ago, and her memory continues to leave a deep impact on those who loved her.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"756\">Sue, known as the matriarch of Britain\u2019s largest family, paid tribute to Sophie in a heartfelt Instagram post. Describing her as a \u201ckind-hearted, funny, and brave soul,\u201d Sue wrote, \u201cOur hearts are broken, Sophie. You were the bravest, funniest, and most kind girl I\u2019ve ever known. I will always love you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"1018\">The bond between Sue and Rebecca has only grown stronger over the years, united by shared grief and love for Sophie.
