This buildup, he says, can lead to facial distortion and \u201cpillow face.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"1166\">\u201cPillow face\u201d is a bloated, unnatural look caused by excess or poorly spaced filler sessions. Skin can stretch over time, and overcorrection only makes it worse. Parsa urges patients to approach fillers with caution: use less, wait between treatments, and consult skilled professionals focused on long-term results.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1406\">The reaction online has been intense, with many sharing regrets and reconsidering future treatments. Dr. Parsa\u2019s message is clear\u2014fillers are not without risks.
