He is currently undergoing targeted physical therapy and focusing on recovery. \u201cBilly is determined to put his health first,\u201d the statement noted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"872\">NPH is caused by excess cerebrospinal fluid in the brain and mainly affects older adults.
