In the midst of filming an interview, McEntire unexpectedly appeared on set with Block, who instantly stepped backward in shock from seeing the country legend in person.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just had a freak out,\u201d Block admitted before standing beside McEntire and posing for a photo.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cOff The Deep End\u201d singer was sporting her signature neon yellow vest and matching hair extension, which McEntire complimented.
