Last night,\u00a0Morgan Wallen<\/strong>\u00a0rolled through Madison, Wisconsin and put on a show at Camp Randall Stadium as part of his I\u2019mThe Problem tour, which featured some of country music\u2019s most talented ladies in Ella Langley and Miranda Lambert as openers.<\/p>\n

Of course, Miranda co-wrote Morgan\u2019s hit \u201cThought You Should Know\u201d with Morgan along with Nicolle Galyon, and it reached the top spot on the country charts in February of 2023, becoming Morgan\u2019s 8th career #1 single. It was also featured on the tracklist for Morgan\u2019s massive 36-song album,\u00a0One Thing At A Time.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>The song holds an extra special place in Miranda\u2019s heart, as it\u2019s also the first #1 song she\u2019s ever had purely as a writer that didn\u2019t feature her vocals at all.<\/p>\n

Morgan and Miranda have performed that song together before, but last night during Morgan\u2019s headlining set, he brought Miranda out to sing his hit \u201cCowgirls,\u201d which was written by his friend Ernest, who is also featured on it, along with Rocky Block, Ashley Gorley, James Maddocks, and Ryan Vojtesak.<\/p>\n

It became a #1 hit on the US Country Airplay chart last year, and I have to admit, even though it\u2019s heavily pop and hip-hop influenced, it\u2019s a really fun song and of course he had to get the Texas cowgirl herself to sing it with him.<\/p>\n

They had the crowd fired up, and while it\u2019s definitely not the song I thought he\u2019d have Miranda come perform with him, I\u2019m not mad at it:<\/p>\n
