Each time, Underwood adds a\u00a0new twist\u00a0to the song.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement post also hints that this will be the theme song for the 2025-2026 season. The caption reads,\u00a0<em>\u201cWe\u2019ll be waiting all day to hear it once again.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-6\"><\/div>\n<p><iframe id=\"instagram-embed-0\" season.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cFor the 20th season of SNF, we wanted to set the tone for the night by reimagining the anthem sound in a way that plays to Carrie\u2019s powerhouse vocals,\u201d Creative director Tripp Dixon said in a statement. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>He continued, \u201cWhile visually creating a seamless blend of stylized shots and behind-the-scenes moments evoking the national roadshow that is Sunday Night Football, week after week in the fall.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The track was once again recorded at The Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas, marking its third year in a row of doing so.<\/p>\n<p>Underwood is also no stranger to the venue, having headlined her\u00a0<em>Reflection\u00a0<\/em>residency there for nearly three years\u00a0before wrapping it up\u00a0this past spring.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cAs always, Tripp and the creative team continue to raise the bar, bringing the high energy and stunning visuals that the Sunday Night Football audience has come to expect year after year,\u201d Underwood said. \u201cI can\u2019t wait for the world to see it!\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Carrie Underwood\u2019s first performance of the season will air on Sunday, September 7, on NBC and Peacock, during the season
