In a\u00a0video shared on X\u00a0by the Tennessee Titans, the 40-year-old country star shared his latest health milestone while giving a motivational speech to the NFL team.<\/p>\n

The Nashville native is a lifelong Titans fan and the team\u2019s head coach, Brian Callahan, invited him to speak to the players at their training camp before they hit the road for their pre-season games.<\/p>\n

During his surprise appearance at a team meeting, Jelly Roll told the Titans \u201cI can\u2019t get on the field\u201d but joked that he was getting \u201cclose.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI lost 200 pounds. I told Coach I\u2019m getting a contract if I lose another 50,\u201d the \u201cSave Me\u201d singer said to applause from the players and staff.<\/p>\n

A representative for Jelly Roll did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n

Jelly Roll has regularly shared updates on his progress since he first embarked on\u00a0his health journey\u00a0in December 2022.<\/p>\n

In April, Jelly Roll revealed that he had shed 183 pounds during Pat McAfee\u2019s \u201cBig Night AHT\u201d event.<\/p>\n

\u201cI started at 540 pounds. I\u2019m 357 pounds this morning, baby,\u201d he told the crowd as they cheered.<\/p>\n

During a May interview with Fox News Digital, Jelly Roll admitted the biggest challenge he faced in his battle to lose weight.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re really battling obesity, you got to start at the dinner table, man. The walking\u2019s great, all the other stuff\u2019s great, but you got to fight that addiction at the dinner table,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Jelly Roll has been consistent in his efforts to lose weight, confessing he was addicted to food in the same way that he was previously addicted to drugs.<\/p>\n

The musician has been transparent about his past struggles with substance abuse issues.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe battle was with the food addiction, changing the way I\u2019ve looked at food for the last 39 years,\u201d he told People magazine last year. \u201cI\u2019ve never had a healthy relationship with food, so that was the hard part. But once you get into that discipline and commitment, it\u2019s like an avalanche. Once that little snowball started rolling, it was on its way.\u201d<\/p>\n

In October 2024, the \u201cSon of a Sinner\u201d singer shared a\u00a0video on Instagram, where his trainer noted that Jelly Roll had achieved a major weight-loss goal.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe just passed the halfway point of the tour, and Jelly\u2019s been crushing it,\u201d his trainer said. \u201cWe\u2019re either walking [around] the arena, playing basketball, boxing. He just surpassed his 100-pound weight loss.\u201d<\/p>\n

In December 2024, he appeared on Bunnie Xo\u2019s \u201cDumb Blonde\u201d podcast and shared why he decided to be open with his fans about losing weight.<\/p>\n
