During his wife\u2019s podcast episode,\u00a0Jelly Roll\u00a0shared that he wanted to lose weight publicly. He wants to be a representation of what is possible. He shared,<\/p>\n

\u201cI wanna have one of the biggest transformations.\u00a0I did this publicly for a reason. I wanna be honest about my struggles with it with people. I wore it for so long. They\u2019re so ashamed that they go hide and lose the weight, and then they come back out and they don\u2019t really know how to interact with the world looking different or feeling different.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Given that\u00a0he started at 540 pounds<\/strong>\u00a0but shared over the weekend that\u00a0he weighs only 340 pounds<\/strong>, it is safe to say that he is sticking to his word.<\/p>\n

He has finally reached a weight loss goal of 200 pounds!\u00a0<\/strong>This milestone was big for the singer, who referenced his having\u00a0\u201d almost lost 200 pounds\u201d<\/em>\u00a0on multiple occasions.<\/p>\n

First, during a television appearance with Pat McAfee, and the second was when he appeared on the\u00a0late-night talk show with Jimmy Kimmel.<\/p>\n
