Authorities say the shot came from a nearby rooftop or building approximately 200 yards away. (Reuters)<\/p>\n<p>Kirk was addressing a crowd of about 3,000 people as part of his \u201cAmerican Comeback Tour\u201d when he was shot in the neck.
