Tests showed he had been exposed to a sedating medication. Police later became involved, and Megan admitted she had been giving him small amounts to make him sleep whenever he resisted naps.<\/p>\n<p>Andre explained that he had seen Megan carrying the bag to the trash and noticed a medicine bottle fall out.
