A repair technician later confirmed that the motor had been damaged because it was overloaded and kept running after it began straining. The repair cost was $347, but Denise refused to pay.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A few days later, Denise asked to borrow several items for her niece\u2019s graduation party.
