Drawing on her experience as a former records manager, she reviewed the building rules, took photographs, recorded the dates of each incident, documented the damage, and submitted a formal complaint to management. Eventually, one final incident was captured on video, and soon afterward, the tea bags stopped falling.<\/p>\n<p>Later, Margaret discovered that Daniel had moved into the building so he could be closer to his seriously ill mother, who was living in residential care. His personal struggles did not excuse the way he had treated Margaret, but they helped her understand that he had been dealing with a painful situation.
