Actress Jennifer Garner spoke of the loss of a friend amid California wildfires. Sadly, this comes shortly after the passing of her beloved father.<\/p>\n

In a heartfelt interview with MSNBC\u2019s Katy Tur, Garner revealed she\u2019s mourning the loss of a dear friend.<\/h2>\n

The actress, along with renowned World Central Kitchen\u2019s Chef Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s, stepped up to help those affected in the raging LA fires.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did lose a friend who did not get out in time,\u201d the 52-year-old actress\u00a0said. \u201cIt\u2019s just \u2014 my heart bleeds for my friends. I mean, I can think of 100 families, and there are 5,000 homes lost.\u201d<\/p>\n

She reflected on her safety during the time of devastation. \u201cI feel almost guilty walking through my house,\u201d she admitted. \u201cJust, you know, what can I do? How can I help? What can I offer? What do I have to offer with these hands and these walls and the safety that I have?\u201d<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Pearl Harbor\u00a0<\/em>star added: \u201cI\u2019m looking at the chimney of somebody that I loved. [\u2026] It\u2019s awful \u2014 kind of unimaginable.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jennifer Garner, who was affected by the loss of a friend in the California wildfires, explained that she took advantage of being a celebrity to pair with the Chef and contribute to the people who lost everything in the catastrophe that affected Los Angeles.<\/p>\n
