A disturbing incident at a Cleveland Walmart is under investigation after photos surfaced showing a man allegedly dragging his daughter by the hair on a shopping cart. Witnesses Erika and Robert Burch saw the man forcing the child to the cart as she pleaded, \u201cPlease stop.\u201d<\/p>\n
