Blake Shelton just proved once again why he’s the ultimate country superstar with a heart of gold! In a night full of unforgettable moments, he left the crowd in North Carolina cheering louder than ever—first by signing a fan’s prosthetic leg like it was the ultimate VIP keepsake, and then by bringing an 84-year-old birthday girl onstage for the celebration of a lifetime. The laughter, the music, the pure joy—this was more than just a concert. It was a night these fans will be talking about forever!

Spending five weeks at No. 1 with his 2001 debut single “Austin,” Blake Shelton has since become a country music mainstay. The Oklahoman, now 48, has notched 29 No. 1 singles and served as a longtime coach on NBC’s The Voice. Last weekend, Blake Shelton kicked off his Friends & Heroes Tour with fellow genre giants Trace Adkins, Craig Morgan, Deana Carter, and Emily Ann Roberts. During a recent show in North Carolina, the “Honey Bee” singer left his mark—literally—on a fan’s prosthetic leg.

“Only Blake LOL”: Blake Shelton Fans React to Viral Onstage Moment

Last Saturday (March 1) Blake Shelton rolled into Greensboro, North Carolina for a sold-out show at the Greensboro Coliseum. As he was performing “Neon Light,” the lead single from his 2014 album Bringing Back the Sunshine, a fan near the front row removed their prosthetic leg and handed it to the country star, along with a pen inside for him to sign it.

Taking the leg, the “Ole’ Red” singer carried it to a small table at the back of the stage, dumped out the pen, and signed his name. Still singing “Neon Light,” Shelton then walked to the front of the stage and returned the leg to its owner.

A fan captured footage of the moment, which quickly went viral on TikTok. “I’m an amputee too this would be awesome!” one user wrote. “Love Blake Shelton have seen him twice in concert!”

Another added, “Only Blake lol.”

Blake Made This Fan’s 84th Birthday

Blake Shelton had more than one opportunity to make a fan’s night during his stop in Greensboro, North Carolina. A woman celebrating her 84th birthday held up a sign requesting a hug from the “Boys Round Here” singer.

Spotting the sign, Shelton joked, “How you gonna put that kinda pressure on somebody in front of all these damn people? Now I read it out loud. I gotta do it, damn it. Bring her back. Bring her around there.”

He then began singing his 2011 hit “All About Tonight” as the birthday girl danced her way onto the stage, where Shelton greeted her with the requested warm embrace.
