BREAKING: Major White House Update – ICE on Track for Nearly One Million Arrests

As Republicans push for more funding and stronger border security, the White House announced that ICE is on track to arrest almost one million illegal immigrants by the end of Trump’s term. Trump’s ultimate deportation target is still not met by this objective.

Instead of providing daily updates, ICE has shifted its reporting to concentrate on high-profile arrests. With more than 11,000 arrests since January 20, Tom Homan reassured the public that ICE is making steady progress.

Trump wants to deport 20 times as many people as are currently planned, which is a far more aggressive goal. With fewer new arrivals at the southern border, enforcement efforts are stepping up.

Capacity problems and leaked operations, like the unsuccessful Aurora raid, are still problems, though. In order to safeguard future operations, Homan proposed restricting media access. The upcoming weeks will reveal whether or not these deportation goals are fulfilled.
