Story: Grandma and Grandpa were visiting their kids overnight

While staying overnight at his son’s house, Grandpa stumbled upon a bottle of blue pills in the bathroom cabinet. Curious, he asked his son if he could try one. His son hesitated, saying, “Dad, those are pretty strong… and they cost $10 each.”

Grandpa just smiled and said, “No problem. I’ll leave the money under the pillow before we leave in the morning.” His son shrugged it off, figuring it would be a harmless one-time request.

The next morning, after Grandpa and Grandma had left, the son walked into the guest room and found $110 under the pillow. Confused, he called his father. “Dad! I told you the pills were ten dollars each—not a hundred and ten!”

Grandpa laughed and replied, “I know! But after last night, I figured it was worth every penny!” The son couldn’t help but laugh too, reminded once again of his dad’s spirited nature and sense of humor.
