Chilling Final Words Of Air India Pilot Moments Before Tragic Crash That Killed 265 Uncovered

An Air India flight tragically crashed just minutes after taking off from Ahmedabad Airport on June 12, killing at least 265 people. The aircraft, en route to London Gatwick, climbed to only 625 feet before crashing about four miles from the runway. It reportedly struck a medical college dormitory during its descent.

The flight was carrying 242 passengers, most of whom were Indian and British nationals. One person survived the crash—40-year-old British citizen Vishwash Kumar Ramesh—who was found amid the wreckage. The pilots, Captain Sumeet Sabharwal and First Officer Clive Kunder, had issued a mayday call, stating: “Mayday… no thrust, losing power, unable to lift,” indicating sudden engine failure.

Air India described the crash as a “tragic accident” and confirmed that it is working closely with both rescue teams and the families of those affected. Emergency response crews were deployed immediately to search for survivors and assess the damage caused by the impact.

The crash site, near a populated area and a medical college, has raised additional concerns about urban flight paths and aviation safety standards. Several buildings in the vicinity were damaged, though no ground fatalities were reported as of now.

The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation. Aviation authorities and experts are examining the flight data and voice recorders to determine what led to the sudden power loss. As the inquiry continues, the nation mourns one of the deadliest aviation tragedies in recent years.
