Jelly Roll experienced a dream come true moment during a recent performance when one of his idols surprised him on stage, and fans couldn’t be happier to see his unfettered joy.
Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger joined the “Son of a Sinner” singer on stage, and even if the country crooner was secretly in on it, it was clear he still couldn’t believe it was happening as he stood with his mouth agape, letting the Canadian performer take center stage for a bit before pulling himself together enough to jam alongside him.
“When you’ve been covering Nickelback for a decade and Chad shows up,” he wrote over the clip, including the mindblown emoji at the end before adding, “Just keeps getting cooler and cooler,” in the caption.
Fans were touched by Jelly Roll’s “humble” reaction to the surprise, surprised by his genuine “disbelief.”
