What started as a soulful night of country ballads turned into sheer panic when LeAnn Rimes abruptly halted her performance—because her teeth literally fell out mid-song. The stunned audience watched in disbelief as the Grammy-winning star clutched her mouth and bolted off stage, leaving her band frozen and confused. Sources say LeAnn had been struggling with dental issues for weeks, but no one expected such a dramatic and public mishap. Fans held their breath until a visibly shaken Rimes returned minutes later, apologizing through tears and laughter. “Well… that’s a first,” she said, proving even a country queen can have an off night—just with a little less bite.

LeAnn Rimes suffered an anxiety dream come to life over the weekend as her teeth fell out mid-song.

The Can’t Fight The Moonlight star, 42, whose jaw memorably dislocated during a 2014 concert, took to Instagram to detail the excruciating moment her dental bridge ‘popped out’ at the Skagit Valley Casino & Resort in Bow, Washington.

She said: ‘We’re going to do a little story time about how the show must go on. And this is the most epic example of how the show must go on.

‘So last night, I was on stage in the middle of One Way Ticket. I feel something pop in my mouth. And if you’ve been around, you know I’ve had a lot of dental surgeries, and I have a bridge in the front. It fell out in the middle of my song last night.’

A panicked Rimes called out ‘hold on!’ as she ran to the side of the stage and popped the bridge back in.

She added: ‘I just had to get real with everybody and tell them exactly what was happening or else I would have had to walk off stage. And so, for the rest of the show, I was literally like this pushing my teeth in like every couple lines and singing.

‘I don’t usually have firsts in my career. That was a first and hopefully a last. I hope my teeth stay in tonight. We shall see.

‘The front row, get ready for something to fly out. If you catch them please return them.

‘And you know, like I said, there wasn’t a thing I could do about it except either walk off or just hold my teeth in. So, I just ran with it.’

Rimes said she hoped other artists could be inspired by her onstage gaffe and know ‘that the show can go on in the midst of sheer, utter embarrassment.’

The star was left reeling in horror during a 2014 Oklahoma performance when her jaw popped out of place and she couldn’t do an encore.

The star immediately tweeted to explain what happened.

‘Oklahoma!!!! I love you so much! I’m sorry for no encore. I had my jaw pop out of place & I can’t hear out of my left ear. #tmjsucks.

‘I had the best time tonight with my Oklahoma fans! I love y’all!’
