Ksawery Jeżewski, a 17-year-old footballer for Legia Warsaw’s U17 team, is in critical condition after a tragic car accident in central Poland claimed the life of his 18-year-old sister. The crash occurred in Goslice near Płock when the car veered off the road and struck a tree.

Despite the swift arrival of emergency services, including police, paramedics, and an air ambulance, his sister died at the scene. Ksawery was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The cause of the crash is still under investigation, though early reports suggest the car was not speeding.

Legia Warsaw issued a heartfelt statement offering condolences and support to Ksawery’s family, pledging to stand by him during this devastating time. The club, along with coaches and teammates, expressed deep sorrow over the tragedy.
