Last week, a young couple’s routine roadside repair turned into a nightmare on the Rodovia do Sol. Ingrid and her brother had pulled their Chevrolet Cruze onto the shoulder to change a flat tire when a speeding Chevrolet S10 pickup plowed into their stationary vehicle.
