Toby Keith’s Son, Stelen Covel, And His Wife Announce The Arrival Of Their First Child
On August 15, Haley Covel announced that she and her husband, Stelen Covel, the only son of late country legend Toby Keith, had welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Millie Brooks Covel.
The couple, who were married in November 2021, announced they were expecting their first child on social media on February 13, 2025.
“Baby Covel coming this summer,” Haley captioned the photo alongside a baby chick emoji. The pregnancy announcement also included a simple photo of the parents-to-be smiling together while holding up ultrasound photos.

Brown Egg Bakery made gorgeous decorative cookies featuring pink cowboy hats, pink onesies with pink bows, and a pink cookie with the writing, “Baby Covel,” hinting that baby is a girl, which they had yet to publicly announce.
The couple announced their daughter’s arrival in a social media post that simply read, “Millie is here 
We love you so much little girl.” The post included a photo of a swaddled baby Millie in her hospital bassinet with a banner declaring her name
Stelen Is One Of Toby’s Three Children
Stelen Covel is the youngest child and only son of Toby Keith and his wife, Tricia Covel. If you’re wondering why they have the last name Covel instead of Keith, it’s because Covel is Toby’s legal last name. Keith is actually his middle name, so his full name is Toby Keith Covel.
Toby and Tricia are also parents to two daughters, Shelley and Krystal.
Their three kids have shown a united front since Toby passed away on February 5, 2024, after a years-long battle with stomach cancer.
Krystal is a performer who goes by the name Krystal Keith. She has performed with her dad a few times, most notably at the CMA Awards in 2004.
