Jennifer Robyn Bernard, best known for her role as Terry Brock on General Hospital, has passed away.
A familiar face to soap opera fans in the 1980s, Bernard appeared in 145 episodes of the beloved series between 1984 and 1990, earning admiration for her memorable performances.
Authorities reported that Bernard’s body was discovered earlier this week in San Jacinto, California. Police responded to a call regarding an unattended death on Tuesday, and her identity was confirmed through fingerprint records. The Riverside County Coroner’s Office is set to conduct an autopsy, though the official cause of death has not yet been released.
In addition to her work on General Hospital, Bernard portrayed a psychologist in the 2002 film Voices from the High School. While she largely stepped away from acting after her daytime TV career, she remained a beloved figure among fans and colleagues alike.
