Just a few days after their moving performance at the CMA Awards, Brooks & Dunn and Jelly Roll are sitting at the #1 spot on iTunes.

Jelly Roll was one of 18 artists who collaborated with Brooks & Dunn on their latest album, Reboot II. The album features remakes of some of the duo’s biggest hits, which they recorded with modern country stars.

Jelly Roll joined them on “Believe,” which won the CMA Award for Song of the Year in 2006.

The trio brought things full circle by performing “Believe” at the 2024 CMA Awards on November 2024. Their performance moved many audience members to tears.

Viewers labeled Brooks & Dunn and Jelly Roll’s performance as a highlight of the night.

In a grateful post he shared after the ceremony, Jelly Roll thanked Ronnie Dunn and Kix Brooks for having him sing “Believe” with them.

“On the biggest night in country music on the biggest stage in Nashville I had the opportunity to stand next to a couple of living legends and praise Jesus in front of the world. Thank you Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn , yall could’ve picked any artist in the world bigger than me , I’ll never be able to thank yall enough for giving me an opportunity to shamelessly stand on my faith in front of the world.”

Days After The CMA Awards, “Believe” Leads At The Top Of The iTunes Chart

As of Monday afternoon (November 25), Brooks & Dunn and Jelly Roll’s recorded version of “Believe” is the #1 song on iTunes. Not just in country music but across all genres.

Country artists make a decent showing in the iTunes Top 10. Shaboozey’s megahit “A Bar Song (Tipsy) sits at #4. Ella Langley and Riley Green’s CMA Award-winning duet “you look like you love me” ranks at #5.

Thomas Rhett’s “Somethin’ Bout A Woman,” featuring Teddy Swims, sits at #8. Cody Johnson and Carrie Underwood’s “I’m Gonna Love You” ranks at #10.
