Michigan BigFoot StoryđŸ˜± #michigancheck #bigfootisreal #nativeamerican #giants #viralstories #conspiracytiktok #podcastclip

In Monroe County, Michigan, a father and son had a startling encounter while fishing in the woods. They heard strange noises, saw a massive shadow drop from a tree, and then watched a hairy, ape-like figure climb up a hill before vanishing. The entire event lasted only ten seconds.

What makes this unusual is that Bigfoot sightings aren’t commonly reported in Michigan. Curious, the hosts began digging into local history and found ties to Native American traditions.

The area is near a national forest once home to an Ojibwe tribe. In their oral tradition of the “Seven Grandfathers,” each grandfather appears as an animal guide: bison, turtle, eagle, bear, wolf, beaver—and a mysterious Bigfoot-like figure called the Kitchasabe.

In the Ojibwe language, Sabe translates to “giant.” Stories describe this being as a guardian of honesty, standing tall and moving between realms, sometimes closer to the Creator. The legend connects eerily with the modern-day sighting.
