Speaking at a press conference, Johnson said the illegal flow of weapons continues to undermine Chicago’s strict regulations and the efforts of local law enforcement. “The vast majority of guns do not come from Chicago,” he said. “For every gun the police take off the street, two or three more arrive from elsewhere.”
