When our golden retriever, Beau, started barking at our nanny, we thought he was just jealous of the baby. He’d always been gentle and loyal, so his sudden aggression confused us. Finally, Beau snapped his jaws near her leg to startle her. Only then did Claire pull out her earbuds and rush to help Zoey, saving her from choking.
