Sammy Teusch, a 10-year-old boy who loved soccer, fishing, and robots, tragically took his own life after enduring years of bullying. His story highlights the urgent need for change in schools and communities.
After moving to Greenfield, Indiana in 2022, Sammy became a target at Weston Elementary and Greenfield Intermediate School.
Despite seeking help, he faced indifference from the school as bullying escalated to physical violence and cruel verbal attacks.
On May 4, a bully threatened him, and sadly, Sammy took his life that Sunday, discovered by his 13-year-old brother. This tragedy underscores the critical need for stronger anti-bullying measures and better support for affected children.
