In 2023, Polish woman Julia Wendell claimed to be Madeleine McCann, the British girl who disappeared in 2007. After facing backlash, she retracted the claim, attributing it to therapy and fragmented childhood memories.
Recently, Julia, now known as Faustyna, shared that a DNA test suggested she might be Madeleine, with a “perfect match” to crime scene samples and partial British heritage.
However, neither her parents nor the McCanns have agreed to DNA testing.
Despite earlier claims of Julia’s Polish heritage, Madeleine’s disappearance remains unsolved, with her parents maintaining she was abducted.
