Carrie Underwood once again proved why she’s one of country music’s biggest stars with a powerhouse performance of Dirty Laundry at the Grand Ole Opry. With her signature vocal strength and commanding stage presence, she delivered an electrifying rendition that had the audience on their feet. As she belted out the fiery anthem about exposing lies and betrayal, the energy in the room soared, making it a truly unforgettable moment for fans lucky enough to witness it live.

On Aug. 12, Underwood had the Opry crowd wrapped around her finger while she sang the tune off her 2015 record Storyteller.

As is always the case with Carrie Underwood, her powerful voice erupted into the first verse and never stopped. The video is a reminder there are only a handful of artists who can contend with Carrie’s live performances. Needless to say, she’s in a league of her own.

With a whirlwind tour and countless appearances in 2016, Underwood was seemingly everywhere last year. At the 2016 CMA Awards, Underwood even joined Reba, Kacey Musgraves, and more to pay tribute to Dolly Parton.

Underwood continued to make headlines for her multiple wins at the 2017 American Music Awards. She walked away with awards for Favorite Female Artist – Country and Favorite Album – Country.

On top of her extensive touring and award show appearances, Underwood also made a stop at the 2017 Golden Globes earlier this week. She presented the awards for Best Original Score and Best Original Song alongside the legendary rock artist Sting.

So far, Carrie hasn’t made any major announcements about her plans for the coming year. While a new record would be nice, you can’t blame Underwood if she wants to take it easy for a bit.
