TikTok user Samantha Jensen shared a heart-wrenching photo of her three-year-old daughter, Scarlett, taken just minutes before a tragic accident. Scarlett, who adored horses, unicorns, and being a big sister, is now cherished through this emotional final image, unknowingly captured by her grandmother.

Jensen wrote, “My mom took this photo at 4:47 pm, and my daughter passed away at 4:52 pm. My mom had no idea she was capturing the last moments of her life. It’s heartbreaking to know what happened next.”
