The policeman took measures related to the old man who was kicked out of Bank of America

A 92-year-old man went to his local Bank of America to withdraw money but was kicked out because his ID had expired. Upset, the bank called the police to remove him. Officer Robert Josett responded and decided to handle the situation differently. Instead of kicking the man out, he offered to take him to the DMV for a new ID and return to the bank for the withdrawal.

Afterward, the Montebello Police Department shared a photo of the officer and the elderly man on Facebook, where it gained widespread appreciation. Many people praised Officer Josett for his kind and helpful gesture, as such acts of kindness are rare these days. It reminded people to be patient and helpful, especially toward the elderly, who may struggle with modern technology and processes. This positive story stands out amid the negativity often seen on social media.
