A fatal plane crash occurred while America’s most beloved family was en route to a concert.

A tragic plane crash claimed the lives of seven members of the Nelons, a beloved gospel family, including Jason and Kelly Nelon Clark, their daughter Amber, and others. Autumn Nelon Streetman, the sole survivor, expressed her grief and gratitude for the support.

The family was en route to Alaska for the Gaither Homecoming Cruise when their plane crashed in Wyoming, leaving no survivors. Witnesses saw the plane go down in flames.

The Nelons, inducted into the Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame in 2016, are remembered for their gospel hits like “I Shall Not Be Moved.” The incident has left the gospel music community in mourning.
