Tessa Evans, born on Valentine’s Day 2013, was born without a nose due to Bosma arhinia microphthalmia syndrome (BAMS), a rare condition affecting fewer than 100 people globally. Despite this, Tessa has become a symbol of strength and courage, inspiring people worldwide. At just two years old, she was the first person to receive cosmetic nasal implants, a decision made by her parents to avoid more invasive surgeries later. Tessa, now 10, remains positive, saying her condition won’t stop her from doing anything. Her journey, marked by challenges and triumphs, continues to inspire others with her infectious smile and zest for life.
