16-Pound Giant Baby Made Headlines In 1983, But Wait Till You See Him Today

Kevin Robert Clark was born to Patricia, weighing over 16 pounds, making him the largest infant ever born at Community Memorial Hospital, possibly in New Jersey. His parents were relieved he was healthy, despite needing larger baby clothes and a cot.

Kevin gained national attention after appearances on “Saturday Night Live” and “Good Morning America.” By age 12, he was 5 feet 7 inches tall, and by junior high, he reached 6 feet 5 inches. He humorously responds to height questions, saying he’s “5-foot-21” and joking about basketball.

Now 40, Kevin lives with his 6-foot-tall wife and Great Dane. He has embraced his height, recently measuring 6 feet 9 inches. Watch the video below to learn more about his incredible story.
