Add butter and chicken, if using. Break fettuccine and add to the slow cooker, ensuring it’s submerged. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and creamy. Stir and garnish with parsley. Variations & Tips, For a vegetarian version, omit the chicken and add vegetables. Add red pepper flakes for spice, and serve with salad or garlic bread
