Celebrity line-up for Donald Trump’s inauguration revealed

Donald Trump’s inauguration as the 47th President of the United States will take place on January 20, 2025, at the US Capitol in Washington, DC. Pre-inauguration events include fireworks at Trump National Golf Club, a rally in DC, and a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. Private dinners and receptions will follow.

Inaugural committee co-chairs Steve Witkoff and Kelly Loeffler emphasized unity as the central theme, celebrating Trump’s return and his “America First” agenda. Witkoff will serve as Middle East envoy, and Loeffler will lead the Small Business Administration.

The inauguration will feature performances by Lee Greenwood, Christopher Macchio, and Carrie Underwood, who will sing “America the Beautiful.” Underwood expressed her gratitude and called for unity, but her participation has received mixed reactions online. Some criticized her decision, while others praised her focus on togetherness.

The ceremony will also include an invocation by Franklin Graham and Cardinal Timothy Dolan, with Macchio closing with the National Anthem. Trump will attend a National Prayer Service the next day, marking the start of his presidency. Share your thoughts on this historic event!
