Dr. Kimberly Nix, a beloved Canadian doctor, passed away three years after being diagnosed with metastatic sarcoma. Known for her honest and inspiring posts on Instagram and TikTok, her final video on May 8, 2013, was a heartfelt message of gratitude to her followers.

In the nine-minute video titled “Get Ready with Me,” she poignantly said, “If you’re seeing this, I have died peacefully.” Reflecting on her life and achievements, Dr. Nix expressed how much her community had meant to her during her battle with cancer.

She spoke with deep love for her husband and shared her sorrow that they could no longer create memories together. Dr. Nix also urged people to support sarcoma research by donating to the Sarcoma Alliance, emphasizing the importance of community and love during difficult times.

Her message continues to inspire many, reminding us of the power of gratitude and connection even in the face of life’s greatest challenges.
