Emergency dispatch communications reportedly mentioned a possible overdose, and Narcan was reportedly found at the scene. Still, neither of those details proves that an overdose occurred, and authorities have not confirmed whether Narcan was administered to Panettiere. Toxicology and other tests will be necessary before investigators can determine exactly what caused her death.
