Growing up in Mississippi and performing under both Red Roots and Taylor Red, the triplet sisters built a massive following of millions through catchy tracks like “Country Money” and viral online videos, with Nicole serving not just as a bandmate, but as the group’s fearless leader, protector, and closest friend.
Diagnosed with aggressive stage-three breast cancer in 2022, Nicole drew strength from her Christian faith, beating the disease into temporary remission before it tragically returned as stage four, ultimately claiming her life on September 28 despite intense treatments and major surgery.
Remembering her as an unwavering defender of others who lived out her faith with grace, Natalie and Nika held a private funeral before sharing their emotional farewell video, ensuring that Nicole’s courageous spirit, music, and legacy will forever echo in the hearts of country fans worldwide.
