A disturbing incident at a Cleveland Walmart is under investigation after photos surfaced showing a man allegedly dragging his daughter by the hair on a shopping cart. Witnesses Erika and Robert Burch saw the man forcing the child to the cart as she pleaded, “Please stop.”

Erika Burch took several photos and confronted the man, who refused to let go of the girl’s hair. Another witness, Ora Schumann, confirmed seeing the man angrily pulling the girl closer to the cart while she apologized. Erika called the police immediately out of concern for the child.

Cleveland Police, in partnership with Child Protective Services (CPS), are investigating the man’s actions, including whether there is a pattern of behavior and if other children are involved. The photos shared by Erika have garnered widespread attention, with many expressing concern for the child’s safety.

While the incident has sparked debates on discipline, with some condemning the man’s actions, others caution against hasty judgment. The investigation continues, but no charges have been filed as of now.
